have yardımcı fiil olarak V3 ile birlikte present perfect kurar. Özne tekil üçüncü kişiyse has kullanılır.

Geniş zaman ve geçmiş zamanda olumlu cümlede yardımcı görünmez (Plants produce oxygen). Olumsuz ve soru için do / does / did gerekir; ana fiil yalın (V1) olur.
